MS. Shahreen Khurshid
Shahreen Khurshid is pursuing her 5 year integrated course from Adamas University, Kolkata.
She is aspiring to become a Criminal Law Practitioner with an ambition to get into the service of a Judicial Officer in the state of West Bengal.
She has been recently awarded 9th position in All India National Level Criminal Judgment Writing Competition organised by Legal Foxes along with many other Certificate of Merit issued in the passage of time.
Apart from this she has attended numerous seminars and webinars on various legal issues organised by renowned institutions and delivered by professional speakers in the Legal Fraternity.
She has her interest in field of Criminal Law where she has researched and worked upon revolving disputes in the field of Probation of Offenders Act, Custodial Deaths caused by Incarceration, Is India actually having a Reformation theory or is it just a fallacy? Etc.
Emerging herself deep into the field she has taken a dive into real case analysis where she during her internship under various Criminal Advocates had stretched her arm helping them file depositions before the court in the matters of Bail and as well as trial for staunched Criminal Cases.
She is associated in the Legal Aid and Services Clinic in Adamas University, Kolkata.
