Parth Raj Parasar is a graduate in Political Science with thrust to Public Administration and Policy Sciences from St. Xavier’s College Ranchi. He is presently pursuing 3 Year LL.B. from New Law College, Bharti Vidyapeeth Deemed University, Pune. He is an aspiring lawyer and has core inclination towards Public Policy and Administrative laws. He has been felicitated by Election Commission and District Election Office Ranchi for his efforts during the 2019 Lok Sabha Elections, leading voter registration campaign and organizing other events. He has a diverse work experience in team management, CSR engagement, public policy research, conducting administrative survey, and social work. Apart from this, he has core knowledge on literature review and qualitative analysis.

He has also worked with faculties of Indian Institute of Management Ranchi where he assisted them in management research and co – authored research titled "Impact of cognitive flexibility on decision making quality: Mediating role of individual Ambidexterity" which was selected for presentation at prestigious 2019 NeuroPsychoEconomic Conference at Luiss University, Rome. 

As a founding student member of Environment Cell, New Law College, Pune, he looks after the events and operations of the cell. He has led the operations on behalf of Ecell while hosting eminent personalities including Padma Shri Hon’ble MC Mehta, Dr. C.K. Varshney and Prof. Dr. Dr. Eric Barucha. He has also performed a survey of TATR – Tiger Reserve under the guidance of Principal & faculty in-charge of Environment Cell, New Law College, Pune and several other socio-economic and developmental surveys as part of his course work. He is presently involved in projects related to public policy, environmental laws, governance and administration, etc. 

Apart from legal practice, he aspires to become a researcher cum educationist and teach students.
